Simply create a new community on any map with the difficulty set to "Dread Zone" or "Nightmare Zone" next just select continue when asked to select a legacy and then "Fill Out with Random Survivors". You should load into the world after a quick cinematic and then just find a zombie to kill your character, repeat this with all 3 of the characters and the achievement should pop.

Honestly, playing on nightmare you don't really need to farm this since dying is pretty simple with these overpowered enemies.
