State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition

Here is how I did it as of 08/09/2019.

Notes:
- This achievement can be a nightmare to unlock, for some it will take multiple runs just to try and get all survivors to spawn properly.
- Diana, Reba, and Chavez can all cause problems whether it be not appearing at all or appearing at different times. For most people, these are where the runs can be fucked up.
- IzzBee or Reba will typically be the last recruited.
- Do not progress past Logan's 2^nd mission 'Bombs Away' Until you have Diana recruited.
- You will not need to progress past the Doctor's mission to survey on the roof of the fire station. I had all survivors recruited prior to this point. If you are missing 1 you can try progressing past this point in an effort to get them to spawn, but it is a rare occurrence.

Start with Quincy + Helena

- Head down the first hill, pick up Malik and settle Jurassic Truckstop
- Malik Recruited.
- Plague Preparation. Complete making Plague Samples.
- Saving Santos. Complete Saving Santos and give him 25 parts.
- Upgrade repair depot.

- Neighbourhood Unrest. Help Xander defeat Mickey.
- The Heart of the Matter. Talk to ray, grab Keesha, Destroy Plague Heart.
- Return to Ray.
- Keesha Recruited.

- A Mysterious Request. Talk to Logan and retrieve the Cleo drop.

- The Plague is Here! Help defend your base with Santos.

- Head west along the road towards Marshall. You'll get a radio alert from Vic/Isaac. Ignore this and head to the barn where Diana's first spawn is located. This is off the road heading into Marshall, she will be located in a barn.
- Mysterious Stranger: First Contact. Complete the first meeting with Diana.

- Vic: Reconnecting. Now travel to Vic in West Marshall.
- Choose to recruit Vic or Isaac
- Isaac/Vic Recruited.

- You'll get a radio call from Ray. Go talk to him.
- The Santos Shop: Overrun. Travel to the Santos Farmhouse and kill the plague heart.

- Go to Diana's 2^nd Spawn in east Marshall. Help her.
- If Diana didn't spawn progress on to the next step and find Reba, then go back.

- Head to Reba's first spawn. Beginning of the road leading to the Wilkerson's house.
- Reba: Hitting the bottles. Get the Filling Machine for Reba.

- Head to Captain Logan.
- Retaking Trumbull: Handle with care. Travel to the crashed plane, observe the plague wall, extract and deliver a poison gland, travel to the bridge, meet the doctor for the first time.
- Wrap up with Logan and acquire the medical blueprint.

- Any time after completing Retaking Trumble but usually before Bombs Away, Diana will turn up at base. I recommend waiting for her spawn before doing Logans 2^nd quest as her spawning after this either is incredibly rare or doesn't happen.
- Diana Recruited.

- Chavez: A cry for help. Chavez can also spawn later. Check his spawn at the Ditch/Rocky Peak.
- Acquire a plague cure and give it to Chavez.
- Chavez Recruited.

- Whether or not you get Chavez to spawn head to Reba's 2^nd Spawn. She's at the same house as before.
- Reba: Half Empty. Get a water cooler from Santos.

- Retaking Trumbull: Bombs Away. Travel to the crashed plane.
- Chavez's alternate spawn is here. Complete this step before talking to Logan whilst at the crash site.
- Destroy the Plague Wall
- Captain Logan Recruited.

- IzzBee's questline will start shortly after the Plague Wall at the plane has been destroyed. Head to the map marker.
- IzzBee: Hearing Voices. Go to the towers and take the Cleo drop.
- IzzBee Recruited.

- Reba will potentially turn up during of after the previous mission.
- Reba Recruited.

Good luck.

This will mostly point out the areas of where you should be able to get eight survivors to recruit.

1. Malik is easily recruited upon meeting him. (Help take back his home)
2. Brock or Keesha (Santos/Wilkerson Story) (They can be recruited after clearing the warehouse north-west of Marshal)
3. Isaac or Vic (West of Marshal) (LIE to Vic to recruit Issac OR TELL Vic THE TRUTH to get Vic)
4. Chavez: He is up the road of Marshal or North-west of the Plane Crash Site
5. izzBee: Recruited after doing Logan and IzzBee's mission
6. Logan: Recruited after clearing the Plague Wall
7. Diana: Encountered her in the barn outside of Marshal. (I asked her to join but she refused, then saw her again an hour or two later near the Entrance of Marshal, asked her to join but she denied. She later came to my base to join.)
8. Reba: She is seen near the Wilkerson road inside/outside her base/house. (She asks you to get a few things which are mostly fetch quests) She later wants to join your community.

Final Product:
Notes before starting:
You can send Isaac/Vic and IzzBee home on their own after recruiting them.
Characters you have recruited can die but not before you recruit them.
You may need to restart but let's hope that doesn't happen.
Bring lots of Gas and Repair Kits
Keep some plague cures handy too
Make some outposts spread around the map so you don’t need to make a tedious drive back to base
When you are waiting for Reba and Diana to spawn, don’t wait at base, go loot something somewhere away from base.

Full on tutorial guide by Fabian907 and confirmed to work from JamieLfc5 (DO NOT MESSAGE US FOR HELP, I'VE LITERALLY WROTE THIS FOR OTHERS AND I DO NOT WANT TO PLAY THIS AGAIN AFTER 7 FAILED ATTEMPTS)

1. Recruit Malik (Rhetorically easy) Help him claim his base back
2. Save Brock at the bar(Wilkerson) or Look for note at Church(Santos)
3. Meet Santos and give 25 Parts or Meet Nat
4. Help Keesha to assist Xander from Mickey(Santos)/Kill the Heart at the Warehouse with Brock(Recruit him afterwards)(Wilkerson)
5. Help Keesha Destroy the Heart at the Warehouse(Recruit her afterwards)(Santos)/Assist Mickey to pick on Xander(Wilkerson)
6. Help Logan retrieve a CLEO Supply Drop (Jugg spawns)
7. Defend your base form the horde that Santos or Nat brought
(At this point, you will start to recruit other survivors)
8. Go to Diana's first spawn at the barn. (The dirt road in between East Marshal and South West Jurassic Junction)
9. Recruit Issac or Vic (Take the West Marshal Bridge to get into town)(Lie to get Isaac/Tell the Truth to get Vic) (Send either or home or escort them.)
10. After helping either of the couple, head out of the West Marshal Bridge and head north towards the destroyed bridge to help Chavez. He needs a plague cure and if you have on you, you can give it to him or find one not far from where you find him. You will need to escort him back to base.
(By this point or earlier, Santos or Nat wants you to help them clear out the plague heart from their base. After clearing out the plague heart it will spawn Reba. You can't miss her when driving out of the Wilkerson mission. She is located in between the roads of Spencer's Mill and Jurassic Junction. East Farmlands.)
11. Clear out the Plague Heart for Santos or Nat
12. Do Reba's First Mission to collect a Still
13. Help Logan and find the first Plague Wall, collect a bloater sample, go to the destroyed bridge, and meet the Doctor.)
14. IzzBee will spawn and you will clear out locations and read some dialogue after sitting on top of some structures. (Send her home or escort her home.)
15. Help Logan take down the wall or try to. Recruit him and escort him home.
16. Go to East Marshal Bridge and help Diana from being swarmed.
17. Do the Doctor's Mission and clear out a Military camp to gain access to make your own Plague Buster.
18. Do Reba's 2nd mission and help get her some Water Cooler from Santos
19. Wait, you will need to wait, trust me.
20. Recruit Diana and Reba and complete your game.

I hope this works for you guys who are trying to get this achievement. I have tried to get this achievement after numerous failed attempts and I hope that doesn't happen the same for you. Happy hunting!

Full House
Recruited 8 different survivors in a single game of Heartland.

To unlock this achievement & the achievements for each survivor you recruit, you will need to recruit all 8 survivors in one game. Warning Diana & Reba have a high chance of glitching if you go to far in the main story line.

2. Brock or Keesha Santos/Wilkerson Story
3. Isaac or Vic LIE to Vic to recruit Issac OR TELL Vic THE TRUTH to get Vic
4. Chavez
5. izzBee
6. Reba You must do 2 quests, then after some time she will come to your base.
7. Diana This is the one that glitches a TON. do her 2 quests & wait for her to show up at your base before recruiting Logan.
8. Logan

This is the best information I can give you to try & avoid the glitch, follow the video to see exactly how I did it. Enjoy the new guide!

This isn’t a guide but rather a warning about this game in general and this achievement in particular. Most of the achievements in the game are incredibly glitchy when it comes to unlocking and this one is no different. I recruited all of the characters but still didn’t get it to pop. I’ve had similar experiences with the achievement for destroying 20 plague walls (I had to kill 2 additional ones before it popped) and killing zombies with a car door (I killed plenty without the progress bar moving). Never have I EVER experienced a game this glitchy with its achievements. Stay the hell away from it if you care about completion.

If one of your members dies dont worry you will still get the achievement :)

Not so much a guide but a tip for anyone having missed a recruited survivor in their game. I unlocked the achievement by having Isaac die and when the husband quest popped up again, I recruited Vic instead. Hopefully this helps someone!
