Theres a somewhat easy way to do this while farming for other achievements like the blood wall one.
Since you can beat it solo and the save reverts to the Last Wall mission you can do the whole wall with someone or damage it to the last segment and then call for help this does not need to be a entire run with other players. Just the last wall needs to be taken down with someone else in the game.
Use the CLEO base to farm enough good equipment and have a sniper tower to help thin some of the zombies. Since either way your gonna need some big bombs to do this (Timberwolf drops from CLEO drops if you want that .50 cal as well as good fire grenades and such). This can also help you farm the healing others with cure (slowly but it works) since the CLEO drops have a chance for med sacks.
