State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition

To unlock the No More Strangers achievement in State of Decay 2 do the following:

New people in your community come to it as Recruits. If you use them enough and perform positive tasks like killing zombies, delivering supplies, and completing missions, their standing among their peers will increase. Citizen is the next level up from Recruit. You can view their progress in the bio tab of the character menu.

Start a new campaign and select 'New Community' Choose the default settings, *skip the tutorial, and as soon as the game loads up and the initial cut scene finishes, the achievement should pop.
*If you haven't completed the tutorial once already, this will not be an option.
