To get the Piggyback Ride achievement in State of Decay 2 do the following:

The Juggernauts are the biggest zombies in the game. They look a bit like Left 4 Dead's Boomers but they charge at you like a Charger. Don't confuse them with Bloaters which have the big gas-filled stomachs that explode.

The easiest way to unlock this achievement is to bring a car and a gun with several bullets, draw a Juggernaut your way, then jump on your car (you can't jump on taller cars and trucks, so make sure it's one you can stand on). Shoot the juggernaut in the head several times. You'll see him taking visible damage. Eventually he will drop to his knees. When this happens, jump off the car, approach him and press RT+X to do a finisher the same way you would any other zombie.

EDIT: According to user Philmnator, "I can confirm that you need to first kill one with just guns (unlocks the kill achievement) and THEN take one down via piggybacking for this achievement here."

Definitely glitchy.
Popped on my 3rd Jugg kill, hilariously enough a quest NPC did the finisher and while I was cussing her out for "kill stealing" the achievement popped.

Easier way (in case the juggernaut destroys your car, which happened to me) is to run in a building doorway and turn around and shoot the juggernaut until he kneels. Juggernauts cannot go through a regular sized doorframe making it impossible for them to reach you while you blow their faces off.

Not only does this not unlock, I don't even get the one for killing a Juggernaut. What a waste of ammo.

Tried this 5 times and neither popped. I had to kill a juggernaut first and then execute the next one and got both achievements, one for each kill.

That was what my wife suggested that I do next. She was more pissed than me when they didn't unlock. She kept screaming why? How come? Is it a late pop? Go check your achievements tab.

Yup, didn't pop. No credit for the kill. I would have thought the new patch would have fixed this.

Re-did it. After getting Juggernaut to knees, my AI partner stole the kill with a piggyback.

Both achievements unlocked.

I can confirm that by 02/06/20 this unlocks if you kill your first juggernaut by melee execution, you no longer need to kill one first before attempting this.

This is really easy with a friend in co-op
but you can do it in solo easily too
Just shoot a Juggernaut until he kneels down
Then use RT+X on him to finish him
*The achievement will pop for everyone in the game*
also popping
