There is an unmarked Danger Zone on the Eastern most part of the map where no zombies actually spawn. You can park your vehicle there safely and just wait out the 2 minutes required for this achievement.

You can do this off the bat or wait later on... (I waited.) You can do this with an AI or solo
You will need
1 Truck
1 AI (or 2 if you did it off the start)
That's it!
What you will need to do is Drive to the right side of the Freeway and park the truck at an angle as to trap yourself in a triangle (solo) or straight like in the video with partner ai's watching your back for a straggler.
Then just crouch so the zombies can't see you the 2 minutes will fly in an instant I tried running in a tunnel and hoping to last 2 minutes running with alooot of stamina snacks (twinkies) and it was hilariously hard so if you want it simple as I ended up doing just follow those steps.
I included a youtube video for those who like to just view it (xbox one app) and pictures of the map areas

Just picked this up. Pretty easy...
1. Get in a car. I used the dlc suv.
2. Drive down into the danger zone area. It's around the middle of the map. (Underground tunnel) off the highway.
3. Just drive forwards and backwards running over the zombies and keeping them off your doors.
After the achievement popped I drove right back out.

This is easier than it sounds.
When you start Lifeline you'll be with two other soldiers. Instead of heading to the LZ (the first objective) head to one of the red Danger Zone areas on the map.
The other soldiers will stick around and protect you, making this achievement easier.
The Danger Zone I entered was to the North East and I was able to crouch behind a car just outside of it. Because I was out of view only three or four zombies attacked in total.
