State of Decay: Year-One

By now you should know that you can put items and rucksacks in a car. For this you need a car with 6 spaces for storage, A police car, truck or one of the army trucks will do the trick. These need to be the resources as in Construction Materials, Food, Ammo or Gas, there are plenty of places close to the base with supplies and it should be easy enough to find 6 lots. Once you have 6 in the back of your car you need to drive into the parking space to deliver them and the achievement will pop.

I don't know if it is possible to get this in the main game but I don't think you can as I'm sure I did this at least once in the main game before I started Lifeline.
