The Wits skill determines how fast and quietly your character can search and scavenge lootable containers.
To improve your wits skill, you must search these containers. The achievement will pop once you hit Wits level 7. Which, once you're in game, will become obvious.
Beware: I would advise against using characters with the traits: Dim bulb, Drunk, Absent minded, and Total lush. These traits decrease the XP you receive from scavenging by half.
Tip: If you build a Library in your base and have a researcher in your community, it will double the XP you receive.
