How to unlock the The Phoenix achievement in State of Decay: Year-One - Definitive Guide

First of all, you'll need to be playing the Breakdown portion of State of Decay and advance to at least Breakdown Level 2 (by fixing up the RV and taking survivors). Once at level two (or higher) start killing zombies with fire. Molotov, incendiary and chemical incendiary, firebombs, petrol bombs, thermite AND incendiary shotgun rounds all will count as fire kills. Blowing up propane tanks do not count.
Gas can be broken down into petrol bombs, and with a munitions shop and the chemical incendiary research, you can manufacture them.
Best suggestions,
-Target Hordes, you can sneak up on them or alert them and when they charge you throw the bomb in front of them which will light them all on fire.
-Target infestations, funnel them into one door way and let them charge through a fiery volcano.

Just a heads up, it worked for me in the 360 version, it may also work in the "one" version as well, the traps from your outposts MAY count as well......after I finish the story mode, I will test this out to see if its still true

I had trouble with this one, the in game tracker was stuck at 1 (also Xbox tracker showed 0%). It eventually started counting them once I reached 92 and unlocked at 100%. Might help others that have seen this.
