Didn't unlock for me when I chose "Refuse".

Hmm, selected accept but no pop. Hopefully just a temporary issue

For those reloading a save, it's the "I need to find John" chapter. Popped after doing it a second time, specifically when I gained control of Richard and paused the game.

When you arrive at the dome with Adam, you’ll talk with Amy. At the end of this conversation you’ll need to select “accept” to get the trophy. If you choose “refuse” Adam will be deleted and the trophy won’t pop.
