After finding the 3rd data fragment in the clinic with Adam and sending it to Richard, you’ll be in control of Lydia. Walk the street to enter a house, interact with what you can and then with the computer to start working as a cyber escort. You’ll then have to interact with a few things in the appartment to stop all the mess and open the door for Richard. Speak to him and watch the scenes until the trophy pops.
