Buy the 3 items, then reload your save. Repeat until you pop the chv.
3 items would be 34 reloads, which was about 20 seconds per load. Shouldn’t take too long, my maths says about 11 minutes or so.

Pretty straight forward. Just check the train station each time you hear the bells and buy what you can afford. Getting the Train Depot landmark building from completing Giddyup Gorge helps a lot. Also the Rail Rush landmark building from Grand Gully helps too.
