Cactuses count as enemies!
You will come to a part of the main mine that is full of cactuses and rocks.
The closest tube is Lower Mining Outpost, which is quite a bit into the story.
(notice the Oasis as reference)
Just trigger a rock and it will fall down for several blocks, likely crushing several cactuses. You will most likely unlock the achievement by accident.

I worked on this one early on. I kept an eye out for the big rocks that take up 4 squares. I then looked for enemies below and then worked on clearing a path so I had more than 1 enemy walking below it. Waited until they were below and dropped it. It takes a moment to drop, so hit it a little early.
In my case, I was lucky enough to find 3 enemies which made it a little easier. If an enemy is too high, you can clear the layer below, jump up in front of him and he will dash over the edge to the layer below.
