This is for killing a cumulative amount of all 3 enemies, thankfully.
Apothecaries: these are the enemies that create ice walls
Necromancers: these are the enemies that use electricity and can revive themselves/other enemies.
Gravediggers: these are the enemies with the shovel/fire attack.
WARNING: This did not unlock for me on my Assist Mode playthrough, but it has for others. Thanks Trombonafide.

Mine actually did unlock on Assist Mode just now. Strange!
