This trophy is easy as pie and will happen naturally throughout your gameplay, you'd have avoid upgrading your module slots to miss this trophy.
Ensure that you explore everywhere, loot every dead enemy (especially bosses/unstable automats/elite enemies as some drop module keys), and check the Vestal and Horse Carriage boutiques often (they have seperate stashes) for module keys to buy.

You begin the game with a single module slot at level one. The others cost 1 key to unlock, then 3 key and 5 keys respectively to upgrade to levels 2 and 3. This will require 35 module keys. They can be found as loot or dropped from larger enemies and Unstable Automats. You will unlock this amount naturally if you complete side quests and explore a moderate amount, but they are also purchasable via the Vestal Boutique.
You will also acquire the level 3 modules naturally, but more useful ones can be purchased from the Vestal later in the game. This unlocked for me when returning to Saint-Cloud for In Memory of the Dauphin.
