The Bishop: Louvre is the boss for The Tuileries area of Paris and needed in order to find and speak to Bailly.

The Bishop wields a huge sickle in one hand and a full body shield in the other (as well as being at least twice Aegis' height - yaay).

The Bishop: Louvre has 3 phases that are all very similar, but it just gets more aggressive each time.

** I was wielding the Franklin Claws for this fight (they have a lightning affliction special move, and I had them upgraded to level 3) which are incredibly fast and agile - keep in mind that my method below might not work if you are wielding certain weapons e.g. Wheels, Chain or a big heavy weapon.
- I also highly recommend stocking up and/or saving Petrification grenades as they help build up the immobilisation (stagger) meter very quickly, if you high Agility you will be able to do lots of damage and inflict critical hits often.
- The Bishop: Louvre seems to have a very strong resilience to frost as I could never get more than a smidge frost buildup, so if you were going to use the Charleville 1789 Shield Musket with frost bullets I would swap it out for a different weapon.
- The Bishop: Louvre does however have weak resistance to Fulmination (lightning) and is highly susceptible to being staggered. **

1.) The Bishop will swing its sickle around in a wide circle and immediately follow by swinging its shield around in a circle. These attacks are pretty easy to dodge (if you don't have a weapon with a shield special move that you can use instead), and aren't too devastating if you have decent armor/health. If you have close range weapons I recommend sticking as close to the Bishop's legs and dodging to the right and INTO the attacks (dodging to left seems to make you more vulberable to being clipped), aiming to end up behind the Bishop to get in a swing or two before the shield swing. If you have a long range weapon (and I don't mean a chain) then make sure you keep right back as it's very easy to get clipped by the sickle and beware that the Bishop can move VERY quickly when it wants to.

2.) You'll know when you reach the second phase as the Bishop will set its shield on fire. The swinging attacks are still the same as before, but it does slam the shield on the ground in front of him which shoots a small burst of fire so make sure you back away quickly or dodge round behind to avoid getting hit. Near the end of the second phase and/or the start of the third the Bishop will start shooting a little dual stream of lightning orbs from it's right shoulder, so be prepared to dodge out of the way (double dodge to be safe) or block it. Either way be especially on your guard because the Bishop will be much more aggressive now.

3.) The 3rd (and thankfully final) phase starts when the Bishop: Louvre afflicts his sickle with lightning (cause it was easy before right). The Bishop can do much bigger sweeping arcs with its sickle now and send out lightning attacks. Alongside this, the Bishop'll still have its shield on fire and will now shoot twice as many streams of lightning orbs at you. Though this is by far the hardest phase and the Bishop can inflict ALOT of damage, it'll now be more desperate and sloppy. Every few attacks the Bishop will launch itself at you, and assuming you dodged out of the way, will fall on its face giving you a chance for a few free hits/ heal/ or just have a wee giggle. If you decided to stock up on Petrification grenades now's when you'd want to bring them out - 2 Petrification grenades and a couple hits (depending on your choice of weapon and Agility rank) will immobilise the Bishop, allowing for a beautiful R2 critical hit. One or two more repeats of this or just fighting the Bishop and voila, you have yourself a dead Titan.
