How to unlock the Stealth itself achievement in Steelrising - Definitive Guide
This is fairly simple.
In every single explorable area, you will find enemies that have their back turned to you, or enemies that are “asleep”.
Before you begin approaching them, DO NOT run or even jog at the characters normal pace. Lock onto the enemy using first, this makes you move slower, only then approach the enemy and press once the lock-on diamond turns red. You will (most likely) defeat the enemy outright with this attack. But for most later on you will deplete most or half of their health.
You do not need to defeat the enemy to progress the counter, just the stealth attack action.

In this guide we will show you how to surprise your opponents with stealth attacks to earn the "Stealth Itself" Achievement/Trophy in Steelrising.
"Stealth Itself" is one of the first Achievements/Trophies you can earn in Steelrising and requires you to surprise 20 opponents with stealth attacks.
To perform a stealth attack you need to approach an opponent from behind (lock-on with R3/RS helps) and once the white diamond turns red press R1/RB (depending on the controller you are using) to attack them. It's worth noting that it's not necessary to kill the enemy to earn the Achievement/Trophy, as long as your attack takes them by surprise.
The gardens in the first area of the game are a good place to farm stealth kills, while also getting stronger just before the first boss fight. The two enemies we kill in the video are also the easiest enemies to earn the Achievement/Trophy, as they almost always have their backs turned towards you.

There are many chances for you to get this and it will among the first trophies you get unless you go out of your way to avoid any stealth whatsoever.
Whenever you see an Automat with it's back to you just lock on to it (R3) so Aegis will start walking quiter and sneak up to it until you see the white diamond change to Red and press R1 to stealth kill/attack it. The Automat doesn't have to die, it just needs to be attacked by a stealth attack.
