This can be done at any point in the game, in any sport, and in free roam or an event. you must survive a crash landing between 90 and 99.9Gs. Anything above 99.9Gs is a KO. Specifically, as shown in the video, head to Pointe De Mandallaz in the Aravis area (the starting area). If you have not been to this point on the map, the coordinates are 4523S - 2629E. Head to the dilapidated house in this area and use your wing suit to attempt to bounce off the rock just below the hill. You can retry this line over and over again.

It doesn’t work with the rocket wingsuit.I got a 99.9 and it didn’t pop.

Some of the bone collector events are geared towards you making your character hurt itself. BTW, "Gs" is a measurement of how fast you are going towards the earth. The event Human Cannon is a good place for this. See the following video for help:

Look for tasks with a black mark, or just climb higher, accelerate and jump into the abyss)))) Preferably with ledges, so that there are more impacts (the load is added accordingly).

What was suggested above was not entirely correct. No need to break into a cake. It is necessary to achieve a fall impact force between 90 and 99 g.
