That is my fisrt solution so i apologize for poor wording.

There are 7 base jump spots:
First one is the tutorial
Second one is located at 770 N - 670 W
Third one is located at 487 N - 2845 W
Fourth one is located at 707 N - 2852 W
Fifth one is located at 1128 N - 2830 W
Sixth one is located at 2190 N - 2588 W
Seventh and last is located at 2347 N - 2243 W

Be sure to safely land after the jump, you will have cofirmation after every jump when on the bottom right of the screen will apper a pop up.

EDIT: In case anyone else needs to find the tutorial jump like me:

B.A.S.E. Jump 1 : 795 N - 1282 E (The First B.A.S.E. Jump mission is here so this one should be easy to find)

I also had to go back and do the first one and actually LAND it. Also, just a tip to everyone. Unlimited Helicopter Tickets at XP Level 25.

Excellent guide and thanks to all for the additional tips. One thing I found is that you must do them in one sitting. I did the first jump several days before doing the other 7 and it didn't pop until I re-did the tutorial jump.

I didn't want to use my tickets though. Rocket suit is great anyway.

Also, I just realized that the confirmation you get when finishing a base jump doesn't always mean it counts towards the achievement, so you need to land safely and get the confirmations. I got the confirmation on most of them but with a rough landing and the achievement didn't pop.
