Story-related, cannot miss.

Unlike the previous story-related trophies, the ‘Altess Levoire’ trophy actually relates to a story mission, which goes by the same name.

To unlock the Altess Levoire trophy, you'll need to make your way through the Wasteland and head to the southeast to where the dungeon is. 

Before you get access to the Altess Levoire, you'll have to defeat Quiel in a one-on-one fight to prove your worth, before descending to the depths of the Altess Levoire itself to fight and defeat the Maelstrom boss who is holding the Hyper Cell. Once you defeat the Maelstrom and pick up the Hyper Cell, this trophy will unlock.
