While trekking through Spire 4, as part of the “Eye of the Hurricane” main quest, you’ll encounter the Elite Naytiba, Belial.

While you’ll briefly encounter it when you exit the large Hypertube section, it won’t be until you reach the end of the Raphael Space Centre (before boarding the Orbit Elevator to the stars) where you actually have to fight him for good.

Belial is a completely unique boss in Stellar Blade, and is the only boss to have multiple health bars. Fear not though, you don’t have to do anything crazy like finish it off with a Retribution move after inflicting Groggy on it, by depleting its Balance. You will, however, have to get its health down to near-zero three separate times.

On the first occasion, it’ll replenish its health. Same with the second occasion. But on the third occasion, Lily and EVE will hatch a plan to take it down for good. 

Once you do that, and use the Rail Gun to its full effect, you’ll unlock the ‘Belial’ trophy.
