Story-related, cannot miss.

Once you’ve made it to the top of the Cargo 121 Lift in the “Eye of the Hurricane” main quest in Spire 4 (after beating Belial ), you’ll eventually find yourself in the Prestige Lounge.

In order to make the next step, though, you’ll need to find an administrator and destroy it. That administrator is Karakuri, and can be found in the Vermillion Garden, which is where this boss fight takes place.

Simply defeat Karakuri, and the ‘Karakuri’ trophy is all yours.
