In Stellar Blade, there are a whopping 321 Data Bank entries that meet the criteria in the trophy description: Memorysticks, Documents, or Passcodes.

There are:

• 186 Memorysticks
• 112 Documents
• 23 Passcodes

You’ll find Memorysticks on corpses (the same with many of the Passcodes), while the documents come in many forms (posters, books, prayers from prayer boxes, robot log data, messages, and more). In order to unlock the ‘Records Collector’ trophy, you need to collect roughly two-thirds of all possible Data Bank entries. Once you’ve grabbed your 200th piece, this trophy will unlock.
