How to unlock the Peacekeeper achievement in Stellaris - Definitive Guide
This is pretty easy to do. Create a new empire with:
Now go back to the game an unpause it (with SPACE-BAR) and in the upper right corner set the game speed to maximum (or press + twice). A year on maximum lasts 30 seconds, so the achievement will pop after 100 minutes. Just let the game run and do nothing.

Excellent guide, took 2hrs 20 for my PC to run through 200 years as it's quite old, achievement popped when I quit to menu.

there's a keyboard shortcut (period key) to move to the next day. I scripted that to rapid fire and that made time advancement really fly for all the game achievements. I want to say I only needed around 30 minutes for this on an overclocked PC.

The guide written by Kourroux is outdated - Paradox changed the achievement, now it requires 200 years without war. No requirement regarding other empires.
I got it today by playing as pacifist, making one empire part of myself (integrate) and the other as vassal (I wasn't sure if the achievement would pop up if I am the only empire left standing).

> Needs your empire to be pacifist (can't be done with Fanatic pacifist)
Step #1
> Start in a galaxy with minimum size (Tiny : ~150 stars) et minimum habitable planet (x 0.25), with only 1 AI. Galaxy's form "Ring" may help.
> Step #2
> Develop yourself better than your opponent
> Bring him a pacifist war (lol), and lieberate all his world at once (or in multiple time if you're not confident.
> Liberated empire will have your ethics : Pacifist + your choice.
Once the first AI has been defeated, only remains empires that have your ethic
> Congratulation, you're a true pacifist
That's all!
This guide is a quick and efficient way to obtain the achievement, but it can be completed through others means or during one of your casual games

You just create a game without a crisis or with a crisis in recent years and without computer Empires. Then you just rewind time until 200 years have passed.

So, you create a new empire with:
Principle of Pacifism ( not Fanatic pacifism)
Fan. spiritualism
Form of government Imperialism
Now create a new game with this empire and set the following settings:
Galaxy size: Tiny (200 stars)
Galaxy Shape: Ringed
Difficulty: Cadet
AI States: Off
Advanced AI: Off
Fallen Empires: Off
Marauder Empires: Off.
Habitable worlds: x0.25
Pre-light civilizations and pre-sentient races: Off.
Crisis Severity: Off
Mid-game year: crank it up to the max
Year of the final game: crank it up to the max
Year of victory: crank it up to the max
AI aggressiveness: Low
Will of Steel Mode: On.
The rest doesn't matter anymore.
After starting the game, go to Settings, open the Messages tab and in the “Autopause in events” setting, change it to Off.
Now turn the speed of time movement to maximum and go drink tea. As soon as 01/01/2400 arrives, the achik will fall out.
