I'll go through each goal individually. Here's how you do it:

Earn an Extra Ball: The easiest way to do this is by collecting idols, done so by hitting the little magnet shot in the lower left hand corner of the table, right above the left in/outlane area. Once you have collected enough idols, extra ball will light at the vari-target where you start continent modes (all extra balls are collected here). Another more difficult way to light extra ball is by completing a diagonal line going right in the Temple grid through center ramp shots (see my Wizard Goals guide to see exactly how this works).

Light Penguin Jackpot: Hitting enough loop shots (regular or ones with the upper flipper) lights Penguin Jackpot at the right loop. Hit it, and the ball will be stopped and will drop right back to the upper flipper again. Hit the side loop with the upper flipper right after a right loop shot to collect the Jackpot.

Start Multiball: Simply start Multiball.

1. Hit the Shrunken Head until Lock lights (he will announce when this happens, it takes 3 hits for the first multiball).
2. Hit the right ramp to lock your first ball. Another will be served.
3. Hit the right ramp again to lock your second ball. Another will be served.
4. Hit the Shrunken Head one last time to start multiball (the goal pops as soon as the opening animation finishes)

Complete a Skill Shot: Easily the most frustrating Standard goal. At the beginning of each ball (including extra balls, not sure about locked balls), you'll have an opportunity to score one. You want to fire the ball hard enough to go into the side scoop but soft enough that you don't accidentally hit the Tombstone targets above it by accident. I would guesstimate you need roughly medium-hard power to pull this off. This will take some practice and possibly some luck. Experiment with different strengths and eventually you will hit the sweet spot. You'll know you did it right when you get a million points right off the bat!

Strategy: If you fire the ball too softly and miss it entirely, you can let the ball drain as long as nothing else was scored before the ball goes down. The game will simply give you the ball back for another attempt. Otherwise, quit and restart the game as needed.

Complete a Combo Shot: This goal will probably naturally come during gameplay, but a particularly easy combo is the left loop through the bumpers to the upper loop via the upper flipper. There are definitely other combos out there, I will post them if requested.
