This is purchased in a pack with the Star Trek table and the Starship Troopers table, for £4.19 (if anyone can confirm other regional pricing for the benefit of the guide, I'd appreciate it) or by buying a physical copy. As far as I can tell, the tables can only be purchased in-game
You need a score of at least (around) 5 million on this table; achievement will pop after entering initials on the leaderboard
The exact score you have to beat can be seen by selecting the right-hand icon after selecting the table within the arcade, and then selecting 'Highscores'
Not particulaly difficult to achieve, even without knowing your way around the table. I got it on just the second attempt with a score of 13,738,430
