As early as when you go out exploring Beach City, double-jump as Steven up onto the roof of the Big Donut and use Square to roll through the hole. Trophy unlocked!

The "Big Donut" store is the first building you see when you arrive in town. You can't jump to the roof right away through, so be sure to head north and do the first part of the story and get your dad added to the party. After that, return to the store, double jump to the top of the umbrella with Steven, then over to the roof, then through the middle of the donut to unlock the achievement.
