There're 91 maps as of the time of writing this guide so this'll take a while. Connect a second controller and keep falling off the map one game after another till you finish all the levels.
In some maps it's easier to kill the 2nd player using your main account.
If you accidentally die instead of the 2nd player, try to remember the map, then when you're done with the rest of the maps, select it and win.
You'll also unlock this achievement:
