This achievement requires you to fall into sea from 5 different places.
Different places mean different areas of the game, falling into sea from the same area but different locations doesn't count towards to this achievement. During your playthrough each time you enter a new area there are big headline showing up indicating a new area, any outside areas should work. As jumping
in this game generally doesn't allow you to pass through fences, and objects doesn't work like platforms to land on, instead look for gaps to walk and fall into sea level. I got mine around the midpoint of my first playthrough by aiming these gaps from the beginning, you will get more than enough chances for it to unlock.
