For this achievement make sure to sprint while: walking, climbing up or down a ladder, balancing, balancing on a ledge sideways, climbing an overhead ladder, wall ladder, walking on water, walking sideways through a gap, crawling through a window or vent, swimming underwater, and climbing over a big obstacle

I did all that. Still this did not unlock. I kept pressing LS down throughout the game. Still no bueno.

Holding "LT" will make you run as well, the one I was missing was running over a yellow obstacle. I jumped with "A" but the prompt said "RT", so you might have to try your luck with both.

This achievement is for pressing the sprint button atleast once while doing any new kind of activity that is a form of movement or traversals.
keep in mind that there is another achievement that requires to use sprint less than total 10 minutes throughout the game. In this video walkthrough, I have mentioned to press the sprint button almost every place it is required.
Movement & Traversals mode include:
Walking (normal), walking over water, crouching, crouching in vents, climbing up or down a ladder or a staircase, side-stepping any small area, crossing(vaulting over) any obstacle or box, crossing any broken pipelines or ledge, climbing/hanging/side-crawling with any overhead yellow marked brackets and swimming in water etc.
I unlocked the achievement in LEG A/B section.

This seems unusually random. I unexpectedly unlocked this quite near to the end, while sprinting over uneven terrain. If you sprint most of the time, you're far more likely to earn this. The best advice to give is to hold down the sprint button when climbing ladders, swimming, shimmying over beams and ledges, doing monkey bar traversal, vaulting... everything. I managed to unlock this and the Walking Simulator 
trophy for sprinting for less than 10 minutes during a single playthrough, so if you see yellow paint (marking a traversal point), sprint! Run, Caz! Run!
