There are 7 areas with flowing electricity in the game and in order to unlock this you will need to Kill yourself on all 7 areas.
Death 1 - Accomodation Second Visit, after talking to Roy
Death 2 - Main Deck Second Visit, in front of you after going down a ladder
Death 3 - Main Deck Second Visit, After riding the lift up
Death 4 - Administration - After pushing a cart to get into an office
Death 5 - During your first encounter with Rennick
Death 6 - Starboard Side - In the water walk into it before flipping the switch
Death 7 - Engineering 3rd Visit - In front of you after sneaking through a vent

There are 7 areas I believe, most are easy to see… the one I missed on 3 runs (and seems most have) was near the beginning as you typically don’t look at it. In Accommodation after you exit the freezer and kitchen, turn left to see the live wire exposed… just give it a hug 😂

If you're going for the Finlay Destination 
trophy, this will help towards that. Electrical hazards include loose cables dangling in water... Actually, it's mostly electric and water. Famously, they don't mix. Just throw yourself at anything crackly and dangerous, and you'll get this for your troubles.
