Still Wakes the Deep

The first opportunity to acquire this is located after you have to make your way through accomodation a 2nd time. You'll reach the launderette area again where in you'll have to hide in vents from the creature. Upon entering the ventilation closest to the creature there is a spanner and a cup on the ground. Throw one item as a distraction just outside of where your hiding and throw the other item at the creature.

This can be done with any monster in the game but the first opportunity is in the Laundry room at Utility chapter/area with Trots, who is now a monster.

Pick any throwables here and throw it at Trots/monster for the achievement.
