At the End of the Game, Mr. Percival will fly over to the Sinking Ship to save them. You must balance in the middle to make it to the ship

You simply must fly to the sinking boat, its a tony hawk pro skater balance minigame. You can fail this one but the trophy won't disable

This is the seventh mini-game and it will happen automatically. It has one achievement tied to it.

Once you start this mini-game you need to keep the bird in the middle of the screen. Although there will be wind pushing you left and right. Use the to keep centred as much as you can. Once you reach the boat the achievement will unlock.
