1) Underneath storage containers just to the left as you leave the warehouse, near the road that leads down into some water.
2) Behind some storage containers to the right as you leave the warehouse.
3) Underneath the makeshift bridge between two containers, there are three allied troops standing on top of the bridge.
4) Behind some storage containers in the top right of the map, near the building you can send your troops to the top of.
5) On the roof of the building in the top right of the map, near the last group of enemies.
6) At the top of the map, behind a storage container, near the two previous groups of enemies.
7) There is an invisible spectre near the ship (above where you go to end the tutorial)

At the end of the tutorial, you will be asked by Coop to join him to an helicopter to pursue the mission and by Vantage to help the guards seek and destroy the remaining Sai insurgents. Do as Vantage says and try to find the remnants. There are 5 units of rangers, 2 of them being marked by Vantage, and one Cloaked spectre to be found:
- The first group is all the way to the right, coming out of the hangar, behind a container.
- The second group is on the left, coming out of the hangar between a wall and a container, just before the mud path.
- Still taking the hangar as reference, in the upper right part of the map is a hidden group, in a dead end formed by containers
- Just aside the last group, there is a building, on which you can go taking a set of stairs. On its roof stands another hidden unit.
- All the way to the North, not too far from the building is another group hidden behind a container.
- Last but not least is the cloaked spectre. Send a unit of enforcers toward Coop and investigate his surroundings, you won't have trouble finding the spectre, hiding behind another container with is cloak activated. Get your troops on him to make him reveal himself.
Eternal, and, Creech
Three groups will be highlighted for you, but there are four that you will be told simply to keep looking for. There are located as follows:
1. On the roof all the way to the right of the spawn point
2. Behind the boxes that are directly next to the stairs you have to climb to get to the first group
3. To the left of the spawn point, between a pile of boxes and the wall
4. All the way to the left from the spawn point down a dirt road.
