I got this on the 3rd mission, while doing the campaign you will easily get this achievement without having to boost or try for it. But if your looking for the fastest way, in campaign you just have to defend yourself on Mission 3 and enemy units will keep attacking you.

This achievement will track your stats within all game modes (Story/Skirmish/Online). This will come naturally, but it can be boosted online in a Ranked match with one other. Just build an army and place them in the middle, and have your partner spawn out weaker groups of soldiers and send them in one at a time

This will come soon enough during the campaign, 500 hundred isn't that much so don't think too much about it.
Eternal, and, Creech
This will eventually come as you play through the campaign. There will be hundreds of units to kill. A tactic that can be used to get as many kills as possible is to just use basic infantry rush or a brute force attack.
