How to unlock the In Pursuit achievement in Stormrise - Definitive Guide
This is a story related achievement and I do not think that it can be missed.
This is how I beat it on hard.
*** I dont think that I have any spoilers in this suggestion, but I am not 100% sure so you might just treat this as a SPOILER ALERT ***
1) DO NOT MOVE THE ECLIPSE THAT YOU START WITH!!1 If you do then Huntsman will send hunters to take out your eclipse and you eclipse must stay in ground only mode or else "the weather" will destroy it.
2) build as many hunters (the planes) as you can. You should start with 3000 on hard and they start at 900 each so you should be able to make 3. You should start with 2.
3) Move all of your units to the first control node (the one with the green marker on it for the mission). Try to make sure your hunters get there a little before your Commander/Hero units so that they don't die.
4) Repeat step 3 for the second control node. Then place your hunters above the second control node which should in the path of Huntsman's eclipse. This should block Huntsman's eclipse from being able to move, and Huntsman's eclipse should not be able to destroy your hunters at this time. For good measure, build some of the raider machine gun buggies and place them near the second control node so that they attack Huntsman's eclipse. If any of these units die then replace them ASAP!
5) With his eclipse blocked, now you should have all the time you need to finish the mission. Build more units (I like the tanks that you can put in artillery mode) and take all the other nodes. There is one node near the beginning that is never selected as a target/objective that you can take for money and the rest should at one point or another, be a target/objective. Take Enough of them and you win!!1

This strategy worked like a charm. Completed the mission on hard first time through with this.

I updated the solution to note that the hunters should not die to huntsman but if they do then replace them

Story-related. Your main goal in Mission 11 is to take all the nodes at the very end of the map to stop Huntsman's Eclipse. You should get the trophy at the end of the mission.
