Easily boosted with a friend online (or solo during skirmish).
Just simply go to your first nod and make sure it allows you to build a warp (only these can make level 3 Turrets/Shields/Refineries/ect). The first upgrade level will cost 250, then 500, then 1000. You will be able to afford this right away with the match settings on High Power.

Either go into Skirmish mode or Multiplayer with high starting resources and find any node you can upgrade its turret to level 3. Not every node can be warned. If you struggle finding one, choose Domestic trouble map because both nodes at each end of the main bridge can hold level 3 turrets.
Eternal, and, Creech
You can earn this quickly while working on the other MP achievements. Start with high resources and capture the node closest to your spawn point, and upgrade it with the turret option. Each node can only have 3 upgrades total, so you have to use all three as turret upgrades to earn this achievement.
