How to unlock the Puppet Master achievement in Stormrise - Definitive Guide

Pretty easily done in mission 5: self defence. There are several groups of enforces & infiltrators around your starting position. Spawn some Spectres & pick a unit to control. You have a limited amount of time to kill a unit so may take a couple of attempts.

After a couple of minutes in the level, a group of infiltrators will spawn in and climb on top of the containers in front of the spawn. They're a great choice to mind control as the enemies stand/walk within range of their sniper shots.

Puppet Master

On Mission 5 build a Spectre, to get this achievement you must use the ability next to enemy's by holding LT and then using right analog stick select "Mind control" in the top left. Then have some units kill that unit while in a Firefight.

The Fastest way to get this is by playing an Online match. It is dead so you will need a boosting partner to get this done!!!
You can also go into a skirmish match and get this.

Choose the Sai side and create a Spectre Character. Have your partner spawn out a few enforcer troops or any low level guys and some stronger troops.

Select your Spectre and use its ability by pressing the Alt button and click on the Mind-Control Ablity - Take over your partners heavy troops, and have them kill the weaker guys. It may take a few trys, but when they wipe them out, the achievement will unlock

The Spectre from Sai faction has the ability to mind control enemy troops. This trophy is painfully hard to get solo because it is really hard to get the right setting so it's best done in multiplayer with a boosting partner. Have your partner spawn two units of grunts (enforcers or rangers according to his faction). Attack one of them with you spectre so their life turns yellow/red and then fall back. Use your cloak ability and get close to the group with full health then use the mind control ability on it, they should kill the other group in no time.

Mind controlling is a special ability of Sai Spectres. On the refinery level, use stealth to get close and then mind control an Infiltrator right at the starting point, and just keep at it. Easiest on Easy, of course. If you can mind control a node with a turret, that would rock, but I don't recall that being an option.
