To unlock this achievement you must finish an enemy commander with the Rapid Slice ability of a Spectre. The spectres are on the Sai faction. The best way to get this is to get a group of spectres and attack the enemy commander until it's health is low then finish it with the Rapid Slice ability.

This is a hard trophy to do in Skirmish because the commander will fight back, flee or even spawn other troops to help him, and considering the Rapid slice doesn't last long and has a cooldown, it's even harder to get the right timing. Therefore go in multiplayer, ask your friend to unequip all his commander's weapons then spawn 3 spectres and group them then send them to the enemy commander. Once his life turns red, unleash the Rapid slice ability and the trophy should be yours.

Easily boosted with a friend. Get your friend to remove all equipment from their commander. Once this is done, attack with a group of Spectres and when the commander's health is in the red zone, use your special ability.
