You can do this near the very begining of the game during the tutorial. After you clear out the first set of enemies you will start a Whip Select tutorial. Once you are in control, just simple move the right stick left to right really fast and you will get it in no time at all.

You will probably get this during one of your missions in the campaign, as 250 whipping is actually few for a lengthy battle. Yet if you're concerned then you can get this trophy as soon as you learn how to whip in the tutorial, just keep on whipping and don't pass on to the next tutorial.
Eternal, and, Creech
This can be done in the tutorial when you are taught how to whip, and pops in-game so you don't need to keep track. Note that the 250 need to be done in one match or one single-player mission, it is not cumulative across the entire game.
