STORY OF SEASONS: Friends of Mineral Town

This can be done either in the Spring Mine (located above the Hot Springs) or the Lake Mine (which can be reached during the winter season when the lake freezes). You can easily reach BF30 on the first day by save scumming the mines. This will use two save slots - the first save is done upon reaching a floor, before tilling any soil or breaking any rocks. Then till the soil until you uncover the ladder, reload the untouched floor save, and if you till the same floor tile as before the reload, the ladder will still be in this location. Then make the second save standing by the ladder, before you go down. You can then load this save if, upon reaching the next floor, you don't like the layout or struggle to find the ladder, as going down the ladder again will roll a new layout for the next floor. Repeating this process on each floor means a "perfect" BF30 - i.e. needing no rocks broken and only one tile tilled per floor - will only take 60 STAM with the Iron Hoe (2 per hoe swing), far below the starting 150 STAM. The achievement will pop upon reaching BF30.

TIPS: The ladders down cannot spawn in the 8 tiles surrounding the ladder up or in tiles on the floor edges (touching the walls). The floor you are on is displayed in a dialogue box when you reach the floor, in the top right below your current funds, and in the details of any save you make on that floor.
