How to get "5-Star-Crop"
You start the game with field level 1. This allows you to get 1 and sometimes 2 star crops. You can level up your field after every year. You will get a letter from Gotts telling you about it then. The first upgrade will cost 20.000, the second 50.000 and the third 100.000 and needs 3 days. I would recommend planting your seeds after he finished the level up. At least the one time vegetables like turnips, the regrowing plants will upgrade with the field for sure. There is a fourth upgrade you don't need to get this achievement because the 3rd upgrade will already give you the chance of 5 star crop. Because you just need 1 of every sort, you should get it easily by planting 3x9 plants for example (if it won't work, just safe before you collect the crops and reload until you get one).

Some seeds need to be unlocked by delivering specific crops 100 times. When you threw the last one in the box you can immediately buy the unlocked seed at Jeff's.
