From your farm, head south across the bridge, then west at the intersection. There will be a waterfall with a building and hotspring there. Enter the building and it will automatically put you in the hot spring.
Make sure to get here early so it's not too late when you stay in it for 10 in game hours straight.

I had severe achievement issues yesterday and had to look at my all achievement hub to get stuff to pop. Maybe try that
