Within the second area of the farmland, to the northwest, is a pile of rubble that will require Nigel's aid to clear. His help can be pulled in by satisfying the material requirement, or by directly paying for it. The cost for each is thus:

- Mortar (50)
Cost:
- 20,000g
Regardless of whichever choice you make, satisfying the condition will bring Nigel's attention to clear it away. On the following day, the rubble will be clear, and in doing so, the third area of the farmland would be available to you.
