How to unlock the It All Begins Here achievement in STORY OF SEASONS: Pioneers of Olive Town - Definitive Guide

The following skills will be unlocked according to their appropriate conditions. There are twelve to unlock, and they can be tracked by opening the menu and choosing the Skills page.

---=---
- Logging (using the Axe)
- Mining (using the Hammer)
- Reaping (using the Sickle)
- Draining (using the Bucket)
- Fishing (using the Fishing Pole)
- Fieldwork (using the Hoe/Watering Can and harvesting crops)

- Beekeeping (collecting honeycombs from Beehives starting after repairing the first in Area 3)
- Animal Handling (interacting with livestock after befriending one, daily interactions with each livestock)
- Orcharding (pulling tree crops out of ripe trees)
- Cultivating (harvesting mushrooms from Ripe Logs after repairing the first in Area 2)
- Cooking (cooking new meals, or repeatedly cooking already-cooked meals)
- Communication (talking to and interacting with Olive Town)

---=---
The first six are obvious and will appear on your Skills screen from simple interactions within the first few days. You will get most of the tools (outside of the bucket and fishing pole) from Victor. To get the bucket, Clemens will bring it to you after a few days of rain (generally near the end of the first week), and you simply have to enter Manuela's house (first row of houses, far right near the beach) to get her husband's old fishing pole.

The next four skills require repairing dilapidated buildings throughout the farmland. The first you'd unlock would be Animal Handling by repairing the chicken coop in Area 1 and taming a wild chicken. Then, in Area 2, you will find a rotted log to repair for Solid Log x20, Clay x30, Flexible Grass x40. Once you've done this, any mushrooms you find around the farmland, you can sell to get spores to be bought in the General Store. From here, mushrooms take 4 days to mature enough to be harvested to allow Cultivating to level up.

Fruit trees, for Orcharding, can be bought as early as having the money and getting a tree sapling from the General Store. Trees take 15 days to mature from being planted to fruition, and then ten days once it has been plucked once. This allows you to get at least two harvests of a tree within a month. Beekeeping will require you to repair the first apiary/hive in Area 3. This will require Durable Lumber x20 and Tough Grass x50, which is also found around the area. Once it is repaired, you can put any star flowers (0* to 10*) in the hive. Five days later, you can harvest honeycombs, which can then be put into a Honey Maker for honey.

The last two will be frustrating. Cooking will be from your Log Cabin's kitchen being interacted with, where you can cook recipes you've learned. You'll actually acquire more experience for cooking a new recipe versus ones you've already made, though you still get experience if you remake some recipes. Some recipes are connected to specific levels, so if you don't have access to one in particular needed for something else, just keep trying to level it up. And then there's Communication, which is from interacting with the townsfolk of Olive Town. This may actually unlock immediately from talking to Victor, or from an early interaction with anyone in town during the first few days.

Your last skill, if from natural progression, will probably be Beekeeping. Once you've got the entire page shown, the trophy will unlock.
