How to unlock the True Solo achievement in Stranded: Alien Dawn - Definitive Guide
my recommendations are as followed:
Play on "Trading post"
set the game rules to "Peace first" & "overqualified"
Region: I would personally recommend Desertum for this scenario, as you can grow crops year round, and there are less stressful weather conditions, as the only thing that can kill you with these settings is the weather itself.
use a survivor "Naras Ledi" - you can use any survivor, although I found this survivor to be great, as with these settings you do not need to hunt, kill, or even defend yourself.
It's a long grind, but it's an easy grind. Hopefully you'll discover Grain, Cureplant, Clothblosom, and Heptagonia.
With grains you'll be able to brew passively, without it taking too much time away from your survivors needs.
With Cureplant you'll be guaranteed to have healing always available to you, and these items will always sell for good amounts.
I did not use anything with power. The main resources you ALWAYS want to have for this scenario is a food that does not expire. With heptagonia you will have a constant source of never ending food, as it grows pretty fast and provides a TON of food for very little effort on the survivors behalf.
Cloth also sells for quite a good bit, but the main reason you want to have it, as if you do use Naras for this ruleset, as he is unable to hunt you'll be quite limited on your clothing, either find extra clothing whilst scavenging, buy it, or make it.
Always sell all your beer, and keep *ATLEAST* 5 Antibiotics on you, as well as at least 5 med kits.
In the 8 years of my playthrough, I only ever needed to make one set of cloth gear, as if you have no other options, and your gear breaks - even on desertum you can find yourself freezing to death!
Although I was not efficient in the slightest just a general hint: My playthrough for this achievement itself was 23hours. It was mostly watching the character, and not enjoyable in the slightest, but it was guaranteed and safe. Final time: Y8 D23 T7. Playtime: 23hours 1minute.
While it is not an efficient seed by any means, it will guarantee you all of the resourses above:
"PAST-NATURE"
IF you do use this seed, Please head north and settle in the forest, and do not make my mistake of being SO FAR from trees, as growing trees' in this area takes forever! You DO NOT need a major big settlement, build everything indoors, and CLOSE to each other, build the farms CLOSE to your buildings, as you want to cut down on the travel time where ever you can.
Once you complete the scenario, and as long as you use Naras - you are guaranteed "emotional Hygiene" achievement as well.

Scenario Trading Outpost
Salto Region (without winter)
Moon: Nyukta
Difficulty: Easy
Rules: Eternal happiness, fast walkers, Peace to the world, Overabundance of experience
----
Warm tropical climate - no need to explore and build concrete, air conditioning or electricity at all.
The most important thing is to set up the researcher's table right after the start, open the lightning rod and set it up, by the end of the first day there is a high probability of a thunderstorm that hits only you. In the first couple of days I built 5 canopies from sticks and straw to cover all the stacks and the belongings did not spoil.
I ate only vegetable soup, because of eternal happiness my mood was +50, so I didn't bother with variety, then I switched to salted vegetables so as not to waste time on cooking. 6 pumpkin beds were enough for me + sometimes I collected them around the area.
I also planted 10 beds of corn to have grain for antibiotics, and 6 plants with red leaves for fabrics-bandages-first aid kits, I crafted first aid kits endlessly in my free time (waiting for the merchant ship).
For salted vegetables and antibiotics, 2 fermentation barrels were enough for me.
He built his dwelling from straw, which was plentiful in the area.
The main source of money is searching for weapons in wrecks and expeditions. Because of the World-World, bugs do not attack you, you do not need weapons for yourself. In expeditions, if possible, we take weapons, electronics and medicines, all this sells well.
Once we find the barrel, we call the smugglers, they take the pistol for 50k, the rifle for 100k. First aid kits cost 600, for additional cargo, the smugglers brought with them 60-110k, to get as much of them as possible. You can also install about 5 furnaces for endless smelting of scrap into metal, we craft first aid kits and sell everything, we also sell all the electronics we find for 7.5k.
It took me a little over a year to complete the game solo.
