This one is just a set amount of time achievement, it took 31 hours and 15 minute for it to pop up for me. In theory that means the 100 day one will be another 31 hours and 15 minutes, bringing us to 62.5 hours of gameplay on one save file. Which is good for the exploration and 10 day trial achievements too.
