Completable in about 10 seconds!
Craft a Crude Fishing Spear and look for fish in the water. Interactable fish will have a name show when you hover over them, such as Sardine Fish or Discus Fish, some fish are purely decorative so make sure you are choosing a valid, named target or you'll be wasting your time! Like when learning to hunt crabs in the tutorial, aim at the fish you want to catch and left-click, the Spear will lunge forwards so if you miss the fish you can at least get a better idea of the range. Keep trying until you pick up the feel for the fishing mechanism. When you have caught a fish it will be speared on the end, left-click again and your character will remove the fish and place it into your inventory.
Like with the crabs, fish need to be skinned to allow them to be cooked. When you have finished fishing simply drop the fish on the floor and equip your knife; hovering on the fish will bring up the same skinning option as when interacting with a dead crab, and the meat automatically goes into your inventory for you to cook up over the fire.
All in all, an easy achievement and useful food resource to learn to catch :)
