There are a few achievements in this game that you can cheese by saving and reloading but I could not get that to work with this one.
I had to have all 10 at the same time.
The cheapest way to do this is with shelves. You need 20 pieces, and about 4 walls in order to build the shelves with corrugated pieces.
I know the console version has some different tips, but if you build the table, I was not able to destroy it in this version. Maybe it was a bug, but the versions are slightly different, so maybe it was change in an update.

You can literally only make corrugated shelves or tables, so shelves are definitely the obvious option to go with.

Seems like you only need two walls as I could squeeze atleast 6 shelves on to one.

Corrugated Scrap is the large, metal sheets with a wavy shape to it (hence corrugated). This cant be crafted, it can only be found along the shorelines or within crates etc. Once you have collected plenty, you need either a Crude or Refined Hammer, then go into the crafting menu and craft furniture out of the metal. Note that foundations, walls and floors do not count as furniture, you want to make things like tables or chairs.
Also, the recipe doesnt have to be solely Corrugated Scrap, it only needs it as an ingredient.
