I'm sure someone will add a handy video guide, but thought this might help people before then.
1) At the far end of the first beach section (before you head up into the jungle) look right (out to sea) and it's on the big rock there.
2) When you go up the hill where the houses are and get to the first blue crystal you need to shatter in the Settlement DON'T break it. Instead go on top of the bridge you came underneath to enter this area and look back the way you came and left at the top. It's on the balcony of a house there.
3) After you clear that area you'll reach a campsite, Go down the stairs and there will be an arch with a trap button above it. walk Just past that and slightly down the hill then look up and to the left and it's on a ledge under a big tree branch that goes above the path (before you go fully down the path to the next arch).
4) Just before you reach the Ancient Temple checkpoint there is a stone arch with a trap button above it. Go to the right just before it to find a door leading to a big floor puzzle (solve it by stepping on the symbols shown above the door at the far end in order). Once it's solved, look out of the right hand side of the room to the water below to find the last jar on a rock down there.
